1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Hydrabit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Hydrabit grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control while you comply with these terms and Apple's usage rules.

3. Subscriptions

Hydrabit Plus costs $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the trial and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

4. The free tier

Without a subscription, Hydrabit logs up to 4 drinks a day against a fixed 2-litre goal and shows today and yesterday only. Upgrading removes these limits.

5. Not medical advice

Hydrabit is a hydration reminder and logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Talk to a doctor about how much water is right for you.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the subscription mechanism of the app.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Hydrabit is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, its developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continuing to use Hydrabit after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
